General Summary:
Plant: A 1mtpy Heavy Structural Section Mill capable of rolling a very wide and complex range of products to demanding customer tolerances with piece weights from 17 kg/m to 540 kg/m, run-out lengths up to 170 meters and final cut-lengths from 6 to 24 meters. Highly demanding product and process complexity and frequent fast paced product change-over' s are key features of this 250 ton per hour, $450m steel mill.

Sub Plant: A walking beam furnace capable of reheating beam blanks of ~ 20 ton at 12mtrs long to a temperature of 1250degC at a nominal production rate of up to 250 ton/hour from a variety of cold charge beam blank and bloom types, qualities and lengths.

Skills Requirement:

a. Check the burner and furnace condition for correct flame / mix

b. Determine root cause of poor furnace operation through analytical interpretation of furnace screens and data

c. Ensure accurate tracking and positioning of the pieces through the furnace to discharge

d. Feedstock charge equipment to ensure optimal buffering and pacing for mill operations and planned outages

e. Maintain the furnace temperatures and pacing to maintain beam blank temperature suitable for rolling

f. Monitor and manage the furnace to ensure safe and stable operation at all times. Shut down the furnace in a safe manner in emergency conditions

g. Monitor the feedstock identity, characteristics and profile to manage any discrepancies

h. Planning and scheduling to ensure best optimization of available feedstock



Total Industrial experience in relevant Steel Industry



Deployment date will be 3rd quarter of 2011.

b. Minimum 3 years experience in the design, engineering, startup, commissioning, maintenance and training on a diverse range of analyzers, and Process Gas Chromatographs in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry.

c. Must be fully conversant with the process applications, and able to design appropriate sampling systems, Trouble-shoot and resolve complex problems.



6. Field Instrumentation Engineer:

a. Candidates should be B.E. Or B. Tech. Degree-qualified, specialized in Electronics/ Instrumentation

b. Minimum 5 years experience in the design, startup, commissioning, service and training on Field Instruments (FF & Hybrid) used in the Oil & Gas, Petrochemical industry.

c. Should be well-versed with all kinds of flow-meters, pressure and level transmitters with hands-on experience on sizing calculations, design and trouble-shooting, and adept in communication protocols.



7. APC/PIMS:

a. Candidate should be specialized chemical engineer

b. Around 5 yrs experience in implementation of APC application hands on experience.

c. Should have worked on SMOC & RQE software.

CUSTOMER SERVICE & CALL CENTER ONLINE TRADING

Responsibilities :

* Handling customer requests with regards to compay's online trading products or related information
* Handling customer administration & report.
* Able to deliver service excellent & achieve customer satisfaction.



Requirements :

* Female, age 25 - 30 years old, holds diploma/bachelor degree in any major (D3/S1) with min. GPA 2,75 (scale 4)
* Has min 2 years experience as Call Center/Telemarketin g/Customer Service at Securities/Banking/ Insurance Company
* Good communication skills, personalty, friendly, patient, honest, and conformity (Customer Service Orientation competency)
* Computer literate, fluent in English, both written and oral.
* Excellent selling and Networking Skills
