The desired candidate must have a minimum of 10 years experience in the following:
a. Work Planning: Works to Safety Rules and regulations,
electrical maintenance work inspection reports & work orders
b. Analysis and Reporting: Analysis of previous day & shift activities with Supervisor
c. Team supervision: Guide, monitor and assists train new team members
d. Spare parts management: Assist Supervisor in ensuring proper spare parts management
e. Problem Solving: Personally provide technical input to the resolution of major maintenance problems
f. Diploma / Trade Certificate (ITI) in Electrical / Electronic Engineering
g. Conversant with operation and maintenance of cranes in steel plants
h. Knowledge of Electrical systems related to cranes (Typically: Drives, Motors, magnets, Battery chargers, relay controls etc)
i. Experience with repairs and maintenance of crane equipment
j. Familiar with basic office computer software
