My client is one of the MINING COMPANY. As the result of a recent re structure within the department, they are now seeking an experienced Commercial Manager.

Key day to day duties will include;

Reviewing and drafting of supplier contracts. Driving cost and productivity initiatives to maximize revenue.

Acting as interface between operations, finance, sales and bid teams to shape the strategy of the department.

Review potential impact of contract schedules and pricing structures for new and existing contracts.

Perform contract reviews to ensure that the contact is being delivered effectively.

Work with finance team to drive capital improvements to contracts.

Manage risk awareness for each contract including training operations team. Assist with budgeting and forecasting process for contracts.

Ensure that all legal aspects of the contracts are adhered to.

You will have a strong commercial management experience gained within an FM provider across a variety of sectors. Strong commercial and financial acumen coupled with strong negotiating skills is essential for this role, as are good analytical skills.
