One of its subsidiaries which is engaging in brokerage, underwriting, financial advisory, and other business related to capital market, PT. Bhakti Securities, is currently seeking for visionary, high integrity, and persistence people to fill the following positions as:

CUSTOMER SERVICE & CALL CENTER ONLINE TRADING

Responsibilities :

* Handling customer requests with regards to compay's online trading products or related information
* Handling customer administration & report.
* Able to deliver service excellent & achieve customer satisfaction.



Requirements :

* Female, age 25 - 30 years old, holds diploma/bachelor degree in any major (D3/S1) with min. GPA 2,75 (scale 4)
* Has min 2 years experience as Call Center/Telemarketin g/Customer Service at Securities/Banking/ Insurance Company
* Good communication skills, personalty, friendly, patient, honest, and conformity (Customer Service Orientation competency)
* Computer literate, fluent in English, both written and oral.
* Excellent selling and Networking Skills
