An International Property Consultant urgently need a qualified candidates with requirement as follows :
1. Senior Leasing Executive:
a. Male/female, age: < 35 years old, to be based in Jakarta
b. 2-3 years experience in office leasing and/or tenant relations
c. Good English skills, both orally and in writing
2. Senior Executive (Surabaya):
a. Male, age: <= 40 years old, to be based in Surabaya
b. 3-5 years experience in property, preferably in commercial land sales and leasing in Surabaya
c. Has his own transportation
d. Good communication skills and willing to learn
3. Executive and Senior Executive (Jakarta):
a. Male/female, age: < 35 years old, to be based in Jakarta
b. Experience in property: 1-2 years for Executive, 3-4 years for Senior Executive
c. Preferably have experience in commercial site search and acquisition
d. Educational background in Real Estate/Planning/Architecture will be an advantage
e. Good communication skills and willing to learn
