* To conduct selection process and induction program for new employee
* To conduct panel review for probationary and promotion employee
Requirements:
* Holding Bachelor degree in Psychology and perform profession program
* Min. 1 year experience in recruitment and selection or assessment
* Male/Female with max age 28 y/o
* Broad knowledge and skills of psychological assessment tools
* Good interpersonal and communication skills
* Self-motivated and proactive
* Proficiency in English both oral and written
* Computer literate
