The pilot salary in Indonesia is depend on bar rate.
If a pilot has one bar, the salary is about IDR 7 million until 15 million
If a pilot has two bar, the salary is about IDR 10 million until 20 million
If a pilot has three bar, the salary is about IDR 15 million until 25 million
If a pilot has four bar, the salary is about IDR 25 million until 30 million
The senior pilot could get the earning about 30 milllion until 40 million IDR.
I think that's an enough salary for the high risk job.
