Dalam SK tersebut, UMR Kabupaten Bogor yang tahun ini Rp 987.000, untuk tahun 2011 ditetapkan menjadi Rp 1.056.914. Untuk jenis upah minimum sektoralnya lebih tinggi lagi, yakni Rp 1.109.760.

"Kami berharap para pengusaha dan industriawan di sini menjadikan SK tersebut patokan dalam sistem penggajian di perusahaan atau industrinya masing-masing," kata Yosep.

Dia berkeyakinan, angka perubahan UMR itu bukan asal didapat. Namun, sudah berdasarkan kajian dan sesuai dengan standar kelayakan hidup di wilayah regional masing-masing di Jawa Barat. SK Gubernur Jabar tentang Upah Minimum Kabupaten/Kota di Jawa Barat Tahun 2010 itu berlaku mulai 1 Januari 2010.

Dalam lampiran SK tersebut, UMR Kota Bogor ditetapkan menjadi Rp 971.200 dan sebesar Rp 836.650 khusus untuk jenis usaha kecil menengah (UKM); UMR Kota Depok Rp 1.157.000, UMR Kota Bekasi Rp 1.155.000, dan menjadi Rp 1.300.000 untuk UMR kelompok usaha kelas I serta menjadi Rp 1.257.000 untuk kelompok usaha kelas II. Adapun UMR Kabupaten Bekasi adalah Rp 1.168.974 serta menjadi Rp 1.285.871 dan Rp 1.250.802 untuk jenis usaha tertentu, seperti pertambangan, industri kimia, industri barang logam, dan industri makanan minuman.
