Recruitment Officer (RO)
Requirements:
· Male, Age max. 30 years.
· Min. Bachelor Degree in Psychology from reputable university
· Min 1 years experience in recruitment & selection
· Experience in job vacancies advertisement for any type of media (internet, newspaper, job expo, etc)
· Excellent in searching best & fit candidate
· Familiar with Pschology tools and interview method
· Able to make recruitment & selection report (psikotest, personality test, interview, etc)
· Computer literate (Ms. Office)
· Good interpersonal skill and able to work individualy and team
· Able to work under tight deadlines, willing to learn, open minded and trustworthy
· Ready to work immediately
