One of my friend is Astra International employee. He recently join Astra International. when I ask him how much his salary, he told me that salary for fresh graduation like him in Astra Internasional is about Rp 4 million (4 juta). When promoted as fixed employee, the salary increeasy totally about Rp 6 million.
