Business Development Manager (HORECA or RETAIL channel)

Our client, a world-known mineral water manufacturer with largest market share in Indonesia is seeking for 2 Business Development Manager for HORECA or RETAIL channel respectively with the following requirements:

1. Both are working in the Head Office (Jakarta), reports to Head of Sales Development (General Trade), with country-wide territory coverage

2. Each has annual national sales target in terms of volume and amount

3. Responsible to develop and transform marketing plan in her respective channel into business development strategies; work closely with Area Sales Manager to achieve the market penetration and sales target

4. Responsible in building customer database and people development to ensure continuous service to the targeted market

5. Authorized to approve sales budget proposal in-line with the agreed strategic plans

6. Hold Sarjana degree from any discipline with relevant sales experiences, preferably recently working in the similar role that being applied

7. Should be good in communication and presentation; leadership and people management; physically and mentally-prepared for intensive travelling across the country
