We are currently seeking for Key Account Specialist Cibitung (KAS-CBT)
Purpose of Position :
Support the sales organization in providing customer relationship management, lead complex and customize solutions, recommend actions and perform an accomplished level of special assistance to FedEx's high revenue accounts with the objective to ensure effective market penetration, account development and enhance hi-level customer experience.
Requirements :

Bachelor’s degree/equivalent in business, logistics/distribut ions industry or related
*
Minimum 2 years sales experience preferably in express, freight forwarding or airlines industry
*
Strong command of English (both written and verbal)
*
Strong planning, organizing, negotiation and presentation skills
*
Good communication and analytical skills
*
Computer literate
*
Have experience as Customer Service is an added value
*
Willing to be placed at Kawasan Industri Cibitung
