Responsibilities:
· Be responsible for project implementation and product maintenance
· Provide guidance, consultancy, technical support, and problem resolution to key customers/channel partners in project implementation.
· Lead role in working with the team to continuously enhance and improve the support service framework to achieve channel partners and customers satisfaction.
Requirement:
· Bachelor’s degree or above in Telecommunications / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
· More than 2 year’s relevant experience in IT industry, preferably with multinational telecom companies
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
· Team player with strong analytical and problem solving skills
· Proficient in English and Chinese language is an advantage
· Hands on experience with features and parameters for Radio Network Frequency, IP Network, CDMA Wireless and MSS Elements

Administration Assistant
(Makassar & Surabaya)

Responsibility

1. Handle for Car Management
2. Supporting departmental office activities
3. Support engineer duration account: calculate expatriates working period and registration for expatriate
4. Expatriate overseas allowance account
5. Fixed asset Management
6. Other administration work

Requirement

1. Education: Diploma (D-3) Degree major in administration, management or related discipline.
2. Basic:
· Proficiency in English is a must, and literate in basic computer skill
· Mandarin language active for read & write.
3. General:
· Strong customer service mind and sense of responsibility.

PROJECT COORDINATOR
(Menado)
Responsibilities:
· Assist PM to Manage and supervise overall delivery of the project
· Assist PM to Establish project governance and its deliverables, including financials and objectives
· Proactively interface with, and build relationships with the customer and supplier chain to ensure the needs and issues of the business are properly addressed
· Provide continued overall strategy development and execution priorities, and end-to-end process management
· Manage post-sales support & guidance, and customer relationship
· Conduct presentation, continual communication with customers to obtain and comply to specific requirements
Requirements:
· Degree in Electronics / Telecommunication / Project Management or equivalent
· More than 3 years’ experience in telecom industry as Project Coordinator
· PM or Project Coordinator experience in a turn-key project will be strongly preferred
· Broad telecom industry background and experienced in technical service operations
· Excellent customer relationship management
· Well versed in project management tools application
· Possess good communication and interpersonal skills
· Proficient in English
· Willing to be based in Menado

ACCOUNT MANAGER (AM)

Main Responsibilities:
· Identify market potential and qualifying accounts
· Collect and analyze market information; plan, organize and implement projects
· Plan and achieve sales target, account penetration, customer satisfaction and retention
· Analyze project proposals
· Establish distribution channels with key local clients
· Build up an effective sales team
· Responsible for overall relationship with the customer.
· Maintain good rapport with customers and keep abreast of market development
Requirement:
· Degree in Telecommunications /Electronics Engineering
· At least 2 years experience in managing key accounts and special projects from a telecommunication company

Responsibilities:

Customer Service Sales

Responsibilities:
· Handing the customer extends service, communication, excavating, analyze with customer’s requirements.
· Development and sale the extend service, join the extend service bid, customer communication, technical clarification, implement project, contract negotiation and so on.
· As a service interface for customer, coordinate the development and resource configuration of extend service, responsible for customer satisfaction and apperceive degree.
· Collection the extend service information, reply the information and supply the solution on time.
· Negotiation the relationship between all the after-sales with customer, to guarantee customer satisfaction
· Clarification the customer’s requirement during the service contract implementation, making the month and quarter statistic report, getting the certificate of service, supply the support to get the payment of service contract.
Qualification:
· Skill and knowledge require: English, Telecommunication Product & Service
· Minimum education require is Bachelor Degree
· Has experience in maintenance and managed service division

Requirements:
· Male / Female, below 40 years old
· Working experience at least 3 years in law firm, experience in Telco is an advantage.
· Have bachelor degree from reputable university.
· Able to work independently with minimun supervision.
· Excellent interpersonal skills to allow interaction at all levels of personnel in various functions.
· Fluent in English and Mandarin is advantage

Customer Service Manager

Responsibilities:
· Responsible for weekly or monthly Asia Pacific cal log report, project update record, KPI regional report, Customer Visit Report , and QA report
· Make schedule for Call center working hour
· Training new employee & OJT and Trimester Training engineer
· Handle for customer presentation and prepare the ppt.
· Responsible for Call Center KPI monitoring, SLA monitoring, and Agent monitoring. Do Coaching for call center representative.
· Rights activation for support and follow up the engineer for troubleshooting
· Make coordination with related department regarding cal log
· Check on update customer Information from CSR
Requirements:
