Senior Team Leader / Software Engineer
(Jakarta Raya)
Requirements:
* The ideal candidate would be a smart, thoughtful person who has at least 6-8 years experience in software development and is able to communicate in excellent English. They would be able to manage a team of 10 developers with associated projects, and is also a technologist, an expert in software development technologies and methodologies.
* Extensive experience at least 5- 7 years in C# programming and Microsoft development technologies, products and platforms, ASP.NET, SQL Server etc, and still apply recently
* Experience managing a team of developers across multiple software projects.
* Recognized industry degree or masters in software engineering or a related field
* Strong general development experience, finding and solving business problems through development of custom applications, ideally independent of the language used.
* Logical thinker, able to break down complex problems, and devise workable solutions. Strong analytical and problem solving ability is a must.
* Extensive experience with project management across the full lifecycle of software development, including project estimation, tracking.
* English (written and spoken) is mandatory
* Applicants must be willing to work in Pluit - North Jakarta.
