Loan Operations Officer
(Jakarta Raya)
Responsibilities:
* Analyse BI reports such as LLL, SID, Basel II, LHBU and map it to current process
* Prepare user requirement for IT programming
* Communicate and coordinate detail user requirement between user and programmer
* Responsible to support reporting, especially for regulatory report.
* Responsible to support loan administration, documentation, client facing, transaction processing, and reconciliation
* Controlling the completeness of Financial Statement, AMDAL and static data
* Support credit controls, documentation, agency function, MIS reporting.
* Maintains a close relationship with business units and provides a high quality of service.
* Participate in evaluating and testing of application/system
Requirements:
* Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or equivalent.
* Required skill(s): MS Excel, loan products, banking policy.
* Required language(s): English.
* At least 5 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
* Preferably Managers specializing in Banking/Financial Services or equivalent.
